Nice hotel. Staff very polite especially receptionist Mr. Saeed. Food good. However, no kashmiri cuisine was included in the buffet even once. In fact, they had separate timings for veggies and non veggies only to prevent non veggies from having the extra paneer dish meant for veggies. I thought Kashmiris had a big heart but not so.

We stayed in the hotel recently for 4 days with family. Hotel staff Riyaz is a very helpful person. We reached early at the hotel, he made the guest room available for us with heater as it was very cold outside. He arranged for breakfast and tea as well. The Staff members Danish and Nasir are very helpful and cooperative. However the hotel needs some areas of improvement. They need to work on their food menu and quality. It wasn't that great. As a tourist most of time we rely on the food served in hotels as markets are either far or unknown to us. They need to work on quality of food and also add some varieties.

What a wonderful hotel. We were a big family of 9, and boy-o-boy, did everyone liked it or not. We felt the hotel more like out home (not my words, but of elderly people). 4 days out there were really good. The spacious rooms, and pretty good food. Mr. Syed, the manager was everything you want a manager to be. Humble, helpful and available 24*7. If I ever get to travel to Srinagar, it will be hyde park inn again. Period The only con - it is a bit too far from main market and lal chowk. Have to travel for 4-5 kms to reach there. Though this was never a problem for us.

Nice hotel, with good amenities and services. The staff is friendly, polite and down to earth, they helped us to roam the city and guide the places. All the staff specially Syed, Riyaz and danish are very cooperative and nice, they make you feel really good when you talk to them. Nice property to stay in kashmir 😊.

Anything you ask, they just say no and hang up the phone before we reply. Bath towels are yellow, bedsheets, and bathroom curtains have really bed stains. Floor carpet is not even vacuum clean, they says we are full, so we can't help out individuals' request.I should have given ZERO star if there is an option for it. DONT BOOK THIS AGAIN AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL.

Very bad behaviour from the staff. Don't take rooms on the top floor if you speak anything it will be heard in the other rooms. Food was really pathetic. Cleanliness was very poor. Never recommend this hotel to anyone. Only the front lawn is beautiful.
