Worst hotel in the town. Would not recommend for anyone. The hospitality was so heart saddening. The wifi was not working, I asked them to fix the wifi issue as my online classes was going on but they ignored me . At starting they showed me the kitchen and said that there will be no extra charge for using kitchen but at the end , when I was checking out, they make me to pay for kitchen also. The behaviour of the hotel manager is also very heart wrenching. WORST HOTEL WITH WORST STAFFS. I would have give ratings in minus, if there was any option.

Location is quite good but service are very poor, poor water supply in bathrooms, poor drainage system & behaviour of owner & staffs are worst... Also like to mention that the hotel is hounted... Highly not recommended for kids...

Great clean rooms manager well spoken and could provide anything for service. Plus tour package at discount rate . best tour of kashmir ever and I have been on several tours , this one cheapest and best....

Very poor service. We had plans to stay for 2 days but the next morning the manager asked us to leave immediately didn't even wait for the check out time no reason also given Very Very ill mannered behavior

Excellent hospitality, with great friendly staff Shoail bhai . They offer cheap driver for tour of different places in Kashmir

Food was terrible.One nasty meal and 2 cups of tea cost me 400 rupees.I had booked room for 400 only but ended up getting charged 900 rupees.Avoid this thug. Very bad experience.

Good Hotel and good location 24hours food service and good staff clean rooms best price too thanks a lot lol
