Very inappropriate room service lack of hospitality ,extremely unhygienic lack of customer service ,not worth the room charges at all. Least of least recommended hotels worst hotel experience.

The hotel is awesome and at prime location. It’s nearby Basukinath Bus Stand. Newly built property having good facilities and hygiene. Behaviour of staff is too good and they are quite supportive. The price is reasonable and affordable according to facilities. I genuinely recommend to the people for stay who is planning to travel Basukinath dham.

The rooms are very nice but the service is not that great when i was booking the room they said everything would be available but when we asked them for an electric kettle they 2 hours to give it to us and then also the kettle was faulty and was not working, but i would say that the rooms were quite nice and the bathrooms were also tidy

1. Nice Hotel 2. It is located at Prime Location i.e near Basukinath Bus Stand 3. Good Servicing 4. Room is very good and it is available at reasonable price 5. There is place for parking of vehicle Overall it feels great after visiting there
