Hotel Rahul

Rooms are ok but New manager dies. Rahul saw is not good behavior is very bad, It has been more than 18 months since I have never seen any staff misbehavior, but last Saturday the new manager Mr. Rahul Saw behavior is not good, he will remain like this till he dies. plates given are dirty it has marks of leftover food. Washrooms are used and dirty rather filthy they dost clean. Towels are dirty and have stain marks on it. Bedsheets are stained dirty.

Rooms are ok but bathrooms are dirty, staffs are good but not professional. Service is very bad, plates given are dirty it has marks of leftover food. Hotel staffs are very coperative,rooms are spacious with parking facilities,room service is ok and the best part is that their checkout timing is 24 hours, not at 12:00 clock like most of the hotels in bokaro, they even allow to stay 1-2 hours extra if you request them with genuine reason.one negative point is they don't change bedsheet daily.need improvement in this area

they didn't provide daily bedsheet change, staffs are dumb specially hotel manager unhygienic. dogs are tied near fridge, dogs poo every where in campus

Hotel was good. Location was little bit away from main road. Room infra was very good. Don't know why AC was not working. There should be handwash in bathroom as every guest can't carry handwash. It will be better if there is a pair of slippers in room Drinking water was completely used & there was no water in water cooler which can be insured. Overall good room in affordable price than other nearby hotels

Nice location and budget rooms available but service not good. People staying at upper floors get late service after too many follow ups. Good thing is they have parking and economic food at ground floor.

Rooms look nice.. but that’s about it. Most of the stuff doesn’t work. Had two power points Not working in our room. Shower doesn’t work. Service is terrible all we asked for was a mosquito repellent but we got a non- functioning one and a sleepless night. Towels and soap was provided to after complaining and the TV was for show not watching shows. They don’t recharge the cable and wifi is nonexistent although they mentioned free wifi. The worst thing about them is the staff attitude.

Pls consider this as a suggestion and a humble request to hotel staff. 1. Cleaning: 0/5- The bathroom & Toilets seem like not cleaned since a month. You can find stains and dirt all around. 2. Room: 2/5- The towels and bedsheets were not maintained properly, still I have doubted whether they have washed it. The room was somewhat clean. Pls don't take anything personal...
