Very poor service rudely behaviour

I stayed at Malti Mahal for 3 nights. I went there with zero expectations after reading the reviews on goibibo but I was pleasantly surprised. The host was welcoming and pleasant. Our rooms were ready and clean. Rooms were big and spacious. Bathrooms were also very clean. Only problem was that there was a bit of smell in the room and dampness maybe because of no ventilation. Manager was also very helpful. Overall I was satisfied with the stay. I didn't have any food there so can't comment on that.

A well deserved five star 🌟 as it's the prime center of Bokaro-Steel-City as the only place to hang out and city people can buy needle to car and can eat all variety of fast food are avilaible let it be street food or high end restaurants You will get all the things. Overall a big thumbs up place where you get everything and too with very good parking lot every where and very planned market.

City center.... A famous market in Bokaro steel city. Jharkhand District. everythings available here. So many shopping complexes are occupied to this market. The name only calling the centre. But it is a big market for A to Z purchasing Centre. The method of this place layout is appreciatable. Nice place.

Most pathetic hotel I've ever stayed with. I was there in room no #109 no amenities are there at all. Very poor quality of bed sheet and pillow provided those are not clean and full with someone hair. AC connection was cut due to some reason. TV was there with no cable / dish connection. No shower was in bathroom. Bathroom and toilet cleaning ? I think it's much better in the sleeper compartment of any passenger train. No bucket was there . I took my bath with a mug only. I don't suggest anyone to book this. I only wait for the morning without sleeping entire night with my mobile to check out the room whenever the Sun rise . 😠😠😠😠😠😠

The largest market of Bokaro sector area. Availability of goods and service of various types. Books, coaching centers, recreational activities available. Very well organised and well maintained. Very popular among students.

Main centre of attraction of Bokaro.This area has wide range of shops selling almost everything you need for yourself like clothing,grocery items,electric appliances,books,etc at reasonable rates.It also has various restaurants and street venders to satisfy your palate.Best place for shopping in Bokaro.A must visit👍👍

Room was overpriced. Bathroom is dirtiest one, including commode. No room cleaning or room service, no phone. Bed sheet was used and dirty. They never change the bedsheets too. Bottled water is local packaged and they charge Rs 20 per bottle whose print price is Rs 12 only. There is non working geyser in bathroom, so they offered us water heater to heat water for taking bath. Overall it was a bad experience of staying here.
