Hotel Yuvraj Regency

Rooms are not so relaxing but you can stay there if you have a tight budget then its better place for you. Price of food is too much you can get normal priced food from out side of the hotel.

We had a small celebration and family meet up. We stayed for 2 nights. First night our guest was supposed to arrive after midnight so all the arrangements were made well ahead. Next day until checkout everything has been taken care. I am really impressed. Hotel is in prime location and has it’s own restaurants. Rooms were very clean and all staffs are very friendly specially Mr. Rahul and Sanjay. Thank you both.

Not transparent payment terms and working policy . We negotiated the price and there after they removed breakfast and few things to meet those price. Not supportive manager Mr. Ashok and staff. Worst experience .Not recommending to anyone. Stay away from this kind of business and clear things before finalising prices . They are filling people with their clumsy terms and condition condition. Tax as applicable is shown in card but when you ask for discount they will tell you that additional taxes are applicable and breakfast is removed or AC is off etc etc to justify their arguments. Worst hotel i have ever seen in life...... .

I have stayed here several times. Hotel staffs are very co-operative and friendly. Once I have visited here at the evening and at that time they are almost full and no other room available except their suite room which is beyond my budget. They have guide me to the nearby hotel and make sure that I got my room. Really very helpful people.

I have given 1 star for staff behaviour that is extremely rude. We booked rooms one day before over hotel landline number. They confirmed the booking also. Next day in the morning when we came for check-in that time receptionlist denied and telling you have telling lie there is no booking in your name. Then we asked for contact number of person whom we called for booking and called him. Then they gave the room and warn us to take personal number of person who attend your call for booking and called them while check-in. Hotel industry is service oriented and such rude behaviour is not acceptable.

I paid quite a good amount for the suite, but it was not at all up to the mark. The rooms were clumsy and gloomy. The in-room dining service was good but the staff did not show up even after calling them repeatedly.
