Hotel Saffron Suites

The hotel is beautiful but room service is bad.. No one takes call at the reception then the service is too slow.. Bathroom needs repair. U cn hear ppl talking from other room.

Overall it was really nice .The manager Mr Sudip Sharma sir had genuinely helped us to make the function successful. Also had received lots of comfortable and friendly behaviour from all the staffs.I would like to thank thank The Saffron suites for making our function remarkable. Thank you so much.

Top hotel in chaibasa, hotel's design and restaurant decoration good with eco friendly atmosphere,Location is good to having wedding ceremony because there parking is big and having three banquet hall and one large ground,

Food is good.Hotel should increase staff strength at dining.Outer premises can be improved by good decor and lighting.Kindly repair the lights of name of hotel.It doesnt look nice with half light

Had horrifying experience with management during checkin on 18/05/25,had booked room via Make my trip,We reached midnight alongwith family members,but the management denied check-in and asked to pay for stay. MMT service also couldn't help, finally had to cancel MMT booking and beg hotel staff to let us stay as it was midnight.These people didn't have the courtesy to inform that booking through MMT platform is void as I called them previous day for booking confirmation. The Manager simply asked his staff to not allow check-in and staff coaxed us into cancelling booking and pay separately. Hope No one suffer like this.
