Overall good and value for money. However some basic amenities to be increased like hanger in Rooms and Bathroom. Quality of food for Dinner also to be improved. Breakfast quality is good. Location is very peaceful yet near to all facilities.

I had a bad experience here when the hotel staff who parked my scooty in garage crashed it and the headlight of scooty was damaged. The bad part of the experience was that noone mentioned it to me hoping that I would not take notice. When I checked the vehicle in morning, I brought it forward to manager but they denied accountability and blamed me for the damage. When I asked to speak to the owner they told me that the owner is a NRI and they don't have permission to share the phone number.

Travelled for work purpose to Chaibasa and was pleasantly surprised by this new hotel offering both dormitory and hotel rooms. Compared to other hotels available in the town it has both much better rooms and affordable pricing. Honestly I was astonished by the price I paid. Dormitory beds are available for only ₹299 with air conditioning and clean bathrooms. Hotel rooms cost less than ₹1,500. After enquiry from the owner I ascertained that hotel was originally made as a modern house for living. So the rooms are much better than a typical hotel. Attaching pictures for reference.

Let's begin with positive side; 1. Located in main market but not on main road. Little bit inside. Almost 1 km from Chaibasa Bus stand. 2. New building hence rooms are clean and tidy. 3. Son of hotel owner Mr. Yogesh who more to call himself manager of hotel rather owner is passionately indulge in hotel management. He is very much cooperative and humble person. 4. Escalator/Lift is not there but WIP. Hopefully by Oct-22 it will be functional I guess. 5. Price wise it is very much reasonable as compare to other hotels of Chaibasa. 6. Attached Western Washroom equipped with geyser. Now area of improvement. 1. Basic stuffs are missing here viz. Intercom, Center table and chair in room so that visitor can atleast have food comfortably. 2. A/c won't work if powercut. Genset is not available now but may install in coming days as said by Mr. Yogesh. 3. Smart tv is there but satellite channels are not installed. 4. Lacking of trained staffs from hospitality industry. 5. No restaurant or food facility available here but hotel staff will bring it from near by restaurant.
