The system is very bad, I asked for the bill, I was not given the bill, I was not told before that there will be a separate charge for the bill

My stay at Hotel Aakash in Chaibasa was far from satisfactory. The most glaring issue was the complete absence of hot water in the spout. This made morning showers a shiver-inducing ordeal, as they lacked even the basic provision of a functional geyser. Adding to the discomfort, there was no shower available in the bathroom, which is a fundamental necessity for any modern hotel. The absence of these amenities was perplexing, especially considering the amount I paid for the room, which was far from reasonable for the quality of service received.Apart from these glaring shortcomings, the room itself left much to be desired. It lacked the cleanliness and maintenance one would expect from a reputable establishment. The general ambiance was uninviting, and it felt like the hotel had seen better days.In conclusion, my experience at Hotel Aakash was marred by the absence of hot water and shower facilities, coupled with an unappealing room. Given the amount charged for the stay, I expected a higher standard of service and comfort. I would caution future travelers to consider these issues before booking a room at this establishment.

Nice accommodation option in the middle of chaibasa town. Rooms are newly decorated and painted. Staff behaviour is very friendly and helpful. No mosquitoes are other bugs in the rooms and the stuff spread mosquito repellent in the evening. Room rent is also low, only 1100 + tax for double spacious bedroom.

Very High price and AC included but not working ..

They are a cheat. They had told me a price of RS 1600 for one particular AC room which we choose. We confirm & paid amount. In between we go for dinner. While checking in, they show another room & raised the price to Rs 2200 that particular room , when I came with luggage. A very pathetic experience where they don't value their own words. No wonder how many other people they have cheated. They charge too much compared to the services they provide. Staff behavior is extremely rude, rough and impolite except one staff. Rooms are sub standard. Rs.2000 rooms have a lots of cockroach. Next day we discussed about this matter lots of Govt. Official's they told me never stay there. Would be happy if you benefit from the review and not prefer some other family to face the trouble which I had to face. Cheat. Cheat. Cheat cheat

They are a cheat. Had told me a price of RS 1200 for AC room. While checking in, they raised the price to Rs 2000 when I came with luggage. However, an hour later, after having checked in, they asked Rs 2500 for payment. Was forced to checkout after a day and shift to another hotel. A very pathetic experience where they don't value their own words. No wonder how many other people they have cheated. They charge exorbitantly compared to the services they provide. Staff behavior is extremely rude, rough and impolite. Owner even refused to speak and said through his arrogant staffs to either accept the rent of RS 2500 a day for such sub standard room or search for other option. Would be happy if you benefit from the review and not prefer some other family to face the trouble which I had to face.

In chaibasa 8t is very near to bus stop and at the middle of sadar bazar market. So all shop are accessible from this location. Also the rooms are old type but good cleaned and staff are always there for help.
