Hotel Vijay Tara

One of the worst experience I have.. they are very unprofessional and service is very poor. I ordered food and clearly instructed the preparation of food but still they prepared very badly worst food and not heigene is totally compromised. I reordered and request to return the previous order by this restaurant denied and charged full amount again.. not sure why they are not accepting their mistake.. so this restaurant has a clear policy that even if there is mistake from their side but customer has to suffer and they have to pay forcefully. So be careful..

One of the worst management team I have ever seen in my 20 years of travelling career. Without any notice they can introduce any rule any time. Service and food are too pathetic.

Building is good and service charges are very good and location is not poor bur There is good Vijay Tara hotel is famous restaurant in Chhattarpur And this restaurant is one pices in Chhattarpur And ok and stay in nights

very good service,staffs are courteous and and cooperative morning breakfast is fine, restaurant provide plenty of cousin rooms are spacious and well decorated over all 5 star rating is good.
