Well hospitality was not very friendly..Lenin was not changed on daily basis..to get tv cable connection working had to ask management, which got recharged on asking..to get geaser work one has to call reception. Food was way over charged. For visitors willing to visit temple this hotel is located 3 kms from holy shrine of lord Shiva. It's only convenient for people coming with their own vehicle.

I had a very bad stay in the executive room (so-called best room) in the hotel last week. Please book this hotel only when you don't have any other option. Pros: 1. Ample parking space (roadside) 2. Power backup Cons: 1. Most of the lights were not working. On complaining, they said. They don't put the light because in the past guests stole lights. 2. There was no phone in the room to call room service. I have experienced the worst room services. You need to go to reception every time to ask for room services, and they took a lot of time to do any task. 3. There was no person for cleaning the room (they said the cleaning person is in holiday). Employees of the hotel were untrained and unprofessional. There were no toiletries, bedsheet was dirty. Even after requesting multiple times, they haven't changed the sheet. 4. Bathroom showers were not working. On calling staff, they even don't understand what is the shower, forget about fixing it. Later we ourselves remove the shower cleaned the dust inside and fixed it. 5. They have a central switch for ac. Even if you take the ac room. you need to call them (multiple times) to switch on the ac. Also, they don't provide you the ac remote. you need to call them to adjust the temperature, as in our room the buttons were not working. 6. If you order tea/coffee you need to follow up multiple times, then they will deliver you the tea in 1 hour. 7. far away from the main city.

Nice place and behavior. Loved the ambience. Food is not available properly but they make it if ordered beforehand. A very heartwarming welcome and sweet staff.

the hotel is not at all good and is strictly non recommendable. room quality not good. service is worst.food quality very bad, hence don't have any food here. for good food visit tower chowk instead. i would like to stress on the service of the hotel. its worst that i have ever received. when ever you call reception for any service the response is so very late. even in the non ac room the geyser does not provide 24 hour hot water,but they will only provide that in the morning, thats ridiculous.even the tea served were cold. P. S : they do not have parking facilities. you have to park on side of the NH. finally to conclude, i would have given a zero star but unfortunately not allowed here.
