Hotel Baidyanath , Deoghar

Room can say Good but Hospitality service needs improvement. I Stayed approx 5 days due to my official visit at Deoghar. During arrival they informed me that service Telephone of room is not working so they will provide other' room next day but fail to do the same. I observed call Bell was also not working, TV is not running due to recharge. But they didn't forget to charge Rs 26 for 1 ltr bottle of water. Restaurant service need to improve while service staffs are not looking happy with guests..

The worst hostel I have ever visited in my life. 1st they have cheated by showing the fake room picks on WhatsApp and then have provided 3rd class room calling it a premium room. The front desk manager is completely lier and unprofessional.The general manager doesn't have the manner how to behave with the government officials. Worst 😭 experience ever. If anyone wants to spoil his or her entire trip must visit this hotel.Thank you

The manager was rude and unprofessional. When I asked for assistance, they completely dismissed my concerns and acted like I was a bother. The GM was no better—they refused to meet me or resolve the issue. Further the room displayed in photos is a mirage, worst service from their side.

An excellent place for the stay, within a close proximity to the temple. Very Humble people and staff. Clean and good rooms. They have separate dining rooms for Satvik food and for non vegetarian. I would recommend this hotel

I recently travelled with my family to Deoghar, on 28th Oct 2024. Booked this hotel a day before of stay , and since it was off-season the rooms were available . Pros : Rooms are above average . Polite and helpful staff. In-restaurant serves great food with nominal price. At prime location, with e-rickshaw available all time. Cons: Cleanliness is not there. Rooms were still manageable but washroom was not clean. Very stinky. Overall, a good recommendation for short stay . Make sure to get the washroom cleaned as per need. Jai Baba Baidyanath !!

We six friends stayed in Hotel Namastay on 11.11.2024 . It is being maintained exceedingly well. Mr.Lalan Pandeji is very nice to customers. All staff are very customer friendly and supportive. Restaurant is very neat and food is delicious. North Indian and south Indian dishes are very delicious. Over all our experience is quite nice and satisfactory. -- TL Venkateswara Rao. Hyderabad. Rooms are spacious and standard, The service was a little slow but worth it for the super tasty food, The location is superb because if you don't like restaurant food (Impossible) you have hundreds of stalls super nearby Thank you.

Location of hotel is very good. Close to mandir appx 1 km. The breakfast is good. Rooms are also good but can be better.
