The Magnum

I have heard about this place and after watching Google views , I visited there. The food i would rate 4 out of 10 . Overall experience 3-10. Overpriced and not tasty as well. But the main thing was the service, that's the worst service I have ever seen . Because I was sitting in the cabin on the terrace , and not a single person came there to ask whether we needed anything else or not. I was literally waiting for them to see my side so that I could raise my hand and ask them for extra tandoori roti or a bottle of water . But no one even saw by our side. Everyone had the same experience. And that too on a non-busy day. Even when their 30% tables were booked.

Went for a birthday party and it was a great experience. The staffs are too friendly and they served well, especially Puja mam was friendly and treated us in the best way possible... Must visit.

The hotel is very close to Baidyanath Temple in Deoghar. It’s a well maintained decent property and has all the amenities. Rooftop restaurant is the highlight of the evening. As compared to other properties nearby, I believe this is the best one to visit for a stay. It’s family friendly and the food is also good. Room service/ housekeeping staff is very warm and humble. Pooja, the restaurant manager and other staff members were really helpful and courteous too!

I recently visited this place with my friend and to be honest, just loved the airy terrace, the food was great, the staff were polite and professional. I would highly recommend this place to any family or friend planning to have a little get together.

The staff is not trained. The housekeeping guys go on shouting loudly in the corridors even after you ask them to be quiet. Food is okay, but service is very slow. The charges are too high for the service offered. Rooms are also small

Service was good, room was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly. If you want to stay in peaceful and hygienic place then you should definitely go to The Magnum. You would get good service at reasonable price.

The hotel is situated at prime location in Deoghar. Behaviour of Manager & staff is very disciplined and polite. Sitting arrangement in dining hall & Roof top is very attractive. Hence graded excellent.
