The best thing about the hotel was the staff. They were so responsive, friendly, and helpful. The room was nice with all the amenities at hand, and it was a very budget-friendly hotel. I would definitely stay there again if I ever find myself in that area. location was also easy to find

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at the hotel. The staff are all so courteous and accommodating. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all of the amenities I needed. I also noticed that all of their appliances were modern and well-maintained. The location was prime and check-in was seamless.

Situated little near Deoghar temple. Rooms are neat and clean to some extent and average for an economic stay. Little interior from road. No separate parking, only roadside parking is available. No in house kitchen available, hence guests have to go outside for fooding. Bathrooms are not very well maintained. Showers and faucets need to be changed ASAP. Service part is almost not available as only 2 staff are spotted. But in overall perspective, it's good for an economic stay for this location.

I've been using the hotel for the past 6 months. I can't say enough about this service! The customer service is superb, the rooms are always clean and well maintained, and the rate was extremely competitive. I am more than happy with my experience at the hotel!

We loved our stay at the Shivay Rest House. The room was very clean and the staff members were super friendly and accommodating. We have nothing but good things to say about our time here, it's one of the best properties that we've stayed in!

They charged extra rupees to me. They said we tied up with OYO only for attracting couples & for gathering crowd. They charged as per their own rules. #OYO u should care about this. Why any will pay extra rupees to hotel if they already paid through online.

We had a great experience at this hotel. I was very pleasantly surprised by how nice the staff was, what an amazing range of amenities they offered, how clean the hotel was, and the hotel was budget-friendly. If you're looking for an affordable hotel in the area, I recommend this one.

HOTEL OWNER AJIT ASKING EXTRA AMOUNT 200 RS, JO MUJE DENA BHI PADA. STAFF BEHAVIOUR IS VERY RUDE AND MISBEHAVE WITH US. KINDLY DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL.
