Hotel sai

This hotel is honestly a joke. We booked 2 rooms and both were straight-up gross. The AC remote doesn't even work, so you have to get up every time to turn it on or off. The blankets had cuts, and the bedsheets had these red stains in patches - like 3 on each bed. Absolutely disgusting. Half the lights didn't work, the TV in one room was dead, and the sockets near the beds didn't work either. Then we saw cockroaches and even a few flies, dead and alive, around the room. I even woke up to an ALIVE cockroach on the blanket which is just disgusting. You can tell no one cares about cleaning here. And the bathroom? Don't even get me started. The toilet had dark rusty lines inside still gross even if it's not what it looked like at first glance. And in one of the rooms after flushing the water leaked out of the outlet pipe of cistern onto the floor, thinking about it makes me wanna vomit. We obviously didn't use it again. Just gave a really dirty vibe overall. The food's way too overpriced, laughably tiny. We ordered a ridiculously overpriced fish item which contained 2 bite sized pieces of fish. Like it's outrageous. For something that calls itself "premium," this place doesn't even deserve a budget tag. The service was slow too because there was like 3 people as staff there. The only good thing going for the place was their staff which were extremely polite and cooperative. For a premium hotel, this is a scam and a big one at that. Save your money and your mood - stay somewhere else.

I had a wonderful stay at the Sai Hotel. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and modern amenities. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure my needs were met.good atmosphere good Ambience and polite staff behaviour, cleaning and sanitary was top notch need to mention about their Bathrooms so Big and clean with something Fragrance,Ample Parking space easy to accessible from anywhere The location was also perfect, being within 15 minutes walking distance Baba Baidyanath Dham Temple,I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.only one area of concern or need to improve about their frequent disruption of Power supply.
