Very bad experience. The room had a dirty smell, and even though there were “No Smoking, No Drinking” boards everywhere, the entire corridor was filled with a strong cigarette smell. The staff’s behavior was also very poor — they don’t even know how to talk properly with customers. Totally disappointing experience.

My stay at Hotel Regal Heights was terrible. The room was dirty, the AC didn’t work, and the bathroom smelled awful. Staff were rude and unhelpful, and the breakfast was cold and unhygienic. Loud noise all night made it impossible to sleep. Worst hotel experience ever — not recommended!

Very gud service, all rooms are very clean and comfortable for family stay, very coperative staff always ready for help, car and vehicle services avilable for temple visit and deoghar sight seeing, very cheapest rate rooms avilable for family I like this place very much 👍👍👍🙏🙏🙏

This hotel is around 1.7 kms from baba Baidyanath temple. Room are well cleaned. Staff is helpful and supportive. Thank you for the help.
