Hotel natraj vihar

The property should not be let out to tourists as it lacks basic minimum infrastructure. Rooms and toilets are dirty. Linens are horrible. Geysers are not functional. Compound is dark and pathways are not having any light. Overall I had a nightmarish experience.

The hotel has no wifi. If you have taken ac room forget it no remote no battery one employee and also does not have proper hygiene.It is not even worth it . Also avoid if you have any children under 5 years old the whole place is disgusting.

Not upto the mark. Neglected govt property. The best room is having everything, like AC,sofa, chairs attached bath, but not maintained. No hot water. Big neglected property. Restaurant is unacceptable, the one in the residential area is shut. Many places are broken. It could have got five stars but negligence has made it not even two stars.

Situated opposite to Town Hall & private bus stand and 10-15 minutes of walkable distance from Baba Temple, locationwise, a very good government property with large open space but lacks maintenance. Rooms in the new building are spacious and well furnished but most of the electrical appliances like AC, electrical points, geyser, etc. and bathroom fittings are malfunctioning. Old building is in need of total repairing, refurbishing & repainting apart from intensive cleaning.

I was in room no 202. The room is undoubtedly the worst. The air conditioning machine was not working. It took almost all night to make the room comfortable. After informing the reception, there was no change. Untidy room, bathroom and bed. After several knocks and follow-ups, they make it somehow okay only. The food was delicious.

It's a jharkhand govt maintained hotel but is a very old building... everything is pretty shaky and oozy. Maintained well but the core structure the building is the point of concern

Rooms are good, spacious. Provide 2, 4, 6 and 8 bedded ac/non ac rooms at various rates. Water Heaters are available, but beware of power cuts (quite frequent). Staff are well behaved but lack timely responses. Food is good. Surrounding area is also quite good. Parking is available. Water service is good.

THE WORST POSSIBLE HOTEL I HAVE EVER SEEN, ALL THE EQUIPMENTS ARE DEFECTIVE. AC DOES NOT HAVE THE OPTION TO CHANGE THE TEMPERATURE, GEYSER HAS A SHORT CIRCUIT, WHENEVER YOU TOUCH THE TAP, YOU ARE ELECTROCUTED. LOAD SHEDDING HAPPENS EVERY DAY AND THERE IS NO GENERATOR. THE STAFF SAYS THAT THEY ARE FIXING IT, BUT EVEN AFTER ONE HOUR, THEY WERE UNABLE TO FIX IT. ROOMS ARE JUST THE WORST. NO MAINTENANCE, EVERYTHING IS DEFECTIVE. GOVERNMENT OF JHARKHAND JUST DID NOTHING TO RENOVATE IT. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! WE HAVE BEEN SCAMMED. IT IS A TOTAL HELL.
