What to say completely bad experience. Not for any family function. Rooms are outdated better to stay in any dharamsala. Bathrooms are not clean its better to check water availability first to use any washroom. Locks are not available in the doors of washrooms. A.C is only for showing. Fans are moving only but failed to provide air. Staffs behaviour are very unpleasant. They don't agree for any thing they promise earlier. If you choose this hotel than take every promise in written. After booking they change their policies for extra money. They charge for each and every thing even for using their sofas. There is also security problems.

Staffs are not co-operative. Won't get any response from their side after payment. After the final booking they demand extra money for everything. The rooms were completely different from the one they showed. A.C. were not working, Bathrooms are pathetic..no locks no lights..worst ever experience of my life.

Very bad experience. Completely dissatisfied with the service. A.C. is not working and also they cut the power of working A.C. again and again , lights are not up to the mark. Bathrooms were unhygenic even the doors were not getting locked. Staffs were not helpfull, they were changing their policy time to time for extra money. Totally wasted my money here. Don't come to this hotel to spoil your precious moment just go for another option.

Good hotel for stay in Deoghar. Rooms are clean and spacious. Hot water available and very near to the temple.

The best hotel in the locality but do not keep much expectation. Rooms are spacious and clean than other nearby hotels. Don’t expect quality like other city hotels.

Best hotel in reasonable price, honest, good service, good behaviour of staff and owner. Neatly furnished and safe stays for family. I recommend all to staying with peaceful environment here. My costly spectacle has been remained in the room at checkout, they safely have sent me on request at my home address at Ranchi very next day by courier. Theirs behaviour and honesty are highly appreciated. Thanks Kamla Hotel.😘😀😊

The best thing about this hotel is that it is located at very best place as there is not much rush and is also very near to the famous temple which people mainly comes to visit. Coming to the facility i am not very satisfied nor disappointed, as it is new hotel so there are lots of unprepared thing which they are still fixing. This hotel is also a very good place to organize some function as they have got a decent size Hall which can accommodate around 200-300 people with air conditioner, there is also a second hall of same size for simple function. Overall it is nice place to be here.
