Room was ok ok type but I booked the room online but also they have charged me extra 1500/- although the check out time in the bill of make my trip was 11am I left hotel at 10am but they charged me extra rupees of one day so rude and unpleasant behaviour of staffs and the they threatened me so bad I suggest don't stay here... There are many good hotels nearby and there...

As a prime location what type of room you get in it's worst and price taken at most high before you stay.... At least normal cleanliness need but hotel didn't do any think.... bathroom have stain of pans,all water coming out from the drain at 4th floor ....worst to worst😡

Nothing up to mark, As per the High charges. No Restaurant or Room service for food. You can't get even drinking water. On asking for drinking water We had to pay for the same. We got one Empty Jug and one Empty Glass for 3 bedded room. In bathroom room there is neither Soap stand nor Towel stand. Inside room electrical fittings are hanging from the board.

Staffs are cooperative and place is also gud bt price is high bcz there is commission system to those taxi drivers who dropps the passenger there

Very bad hotel. Manager and Staff behaviour is not good. No service. Manager is very rude.

Nice place good environment.. The main thing to notice is that it has a clinic just beside it and it is one of the best clinic of Deoghar
