Best hotel in reasonable price, honest, good service, good behaviour of staff and owner. Neatly furnished and safe stays for family. I recommend all to staying with peaceful environment here. My costly spectacle has been remained in the room at checkout, they safely have sent me on request at my home address at Ranchi very next day by courier. Theirs behaviour and honesty are highly appreciated. Thanks Kamla Hotel.😘😀😊

Hotel has good location. But services are neither good nor bad, if you consider the location. Interior of hotel is nice. But rooms are bit dull. Marriage hall is nice for 200 people. Decoration is also good.

The best thing about this hotel is that it is located at very best place as there is not much rush and is also very near to the famous temple which people mainly comes to visit. Coming to the facility i am not very satisfied nor disappointed, as it is new hotel so there are lots of unprepared thing which they are still fixing. This hotel is also a very good place to organize some function as they have got a decent size Hall which can accommodate around 200-300 people with air conditioner, there is also a second hall of same size for simple function. Overall it is nice place to be here.

Pathetic service. Guy at reception was so rude. Rooms were dirty af. Flush was not working in the washroom. No cleaning on time. Even door was not having locks properly. Guy said, it's ok sir, no need of locks, we have CCTV. Worst experience.

Facility provided in the hotel is very bad. The speed of the fans, the cleanliness of the rooms and management is also not as per expected. Overall experience is not good.
