Rooms are bad and over costly. They will not provide you the bill also. Staffs are very casual. They charged AC double bed room for 1400/- per night. Room was not at all clean. Never book this hotel.

We have Booked AC room for 1200/- but AC having water leakage whole night all room is wet in morning, our luggage is also wet, service is chip, we asked for bedsheet change but person not attended our room. Room is not clear properly. Very bad experience....

Place is walking distance from the main temple. Room and washrooms were clean but many cockroaches were seen. We booked AC room for 1100/- as it was an off season time. You can find auto to station easily anytime. Jasidhi to deoghar (Baba Baidyanath Dham)

Service is very very bad. Do not go to this hotel. Room socket was not working. TV was broken. Bathroom was unclean.

absolutely horrible servicing,the staff has no morale and are not good sellers...dont really work hard...are always lazy....the bathrooms stink the beds are not dusted and the floor is not swept...this was the worst experience i had

The room was overpriced and on top pf that, the geyser doesn't work. The Tv doesn't work, even after multiple complaints the only response is 'dekhte hai'. And worst of all the jet in western style commode is broken, to the point its disfunctional. And the complaint about this too is handled with the same attitude. And all this at a time when there isn't a lot tourist around(off-season), imagine how 'sincere' they are when there are plenty of people to screw up.

Room and bathroom are very dirty.. and resturant is too dirty to eat.. Food is completely unhygienic and i found insects in rice. And after this they are charged full price for food.
