The hotel is a new property and is well maintained. The staff is good and well behaved and the food is amazing. One thing that they should implement is that most of the visitors who come to there hotel will visit temple and in general most leave by 6 am for temple visit so accordingly they should keep the breakfast buffet open and should also extend it upto 11 am… I had requested to keep breakfast for me and my family but the same was entertained sighting the time restriction but I would like the management to note that if a guest has specified a particular meal out of the buffet then that should be kept for the guest. It is a very common practice by hoteliers functioning in pilgrimage places and wildlife sanctuaries. Hope the suggestion is taken positively

I recently stayed in Hotel Sona grand for two days, here are the key highlights of the stay 1. Hotel staff is unprofessional, Manager Vikas does not know how to talk to guests. 2. Manager Vikas talks rudely. 3. Phone in room was not working. 4. Shower was not working. 5. Bedsheets were not changed during our stay of 2 days. 6. Room service was unresponsive as the phone was not working. 7. Food was bad 8. There were frequent power cuts. 9. Wifi was not working. 10. There is no gym in the hotel which they advertise everywhere. 11. Drilling sound was there almost all the time I have stayed in many hotels around the world, this was the first time i was denied late checkout. Hotel was empty and they asked us to pay half the room rent for extending by 1 hour. Disappointing, not recommended.

Right in the heart of deoghar. Just 5 min to the temple via E Rikshaw or if you prefer to walk then 15 minutes. Buffet breakfast was delicious and there were so many options from South Indian to North Indian varieties. We stayed in the suit room, which was quite spacious and clean. Staffs were very helpful. The only luxurious property in deogarh. You will see all VIPs staying here from politician to pilots etc. we went during the election time so all the politician were staying here.

Comfortable stay. Courteous team. Well managed property. Good food. Will visit again. Hassle free stay from check in to check out. Parking available for guest cars. Best available property in Deoghar. Qualifies for a 3 star deluxe or a 4 star.
