OYO Collection O Hotel Hirak Inn

Never go here with a couple. The hotel staff behaves very rudely with a female partner and the price of their room is something else online. After booking, these people say that you will not be able to get a room for that price. After that they charge their own arbitrary price even though they do the booking online.

No bucket in the Bathroom, Shower was not in working condition. The blanket was very dirty no room service. Wifi was turned off at night! Just managed the night! 🙁🙁

Worst behaviour of the receptionist. Very bad hotel. Booked in OYO but they said the booking amount is low so they can't give any room.

The most worst Oyo I have ever been. Room was full of mosquitos and Dirty Smell. Blanket system was also very bad they were providing some worst ones, Bed was not clean (someones hair was there on bed). Overall very bad one.

Worst hotel experience ever, if you are thinking of booking this hotel, just DO NOT!! dirty rooms, dirty bedsheets, dirty washroom, dirty floor, LIZARD IN THE WASHROOM, washroom's door knob broken, services are not provided actively. Even the water bottle they provided had seal broken. AND THE WORST OF ALL, THIS HOTEL IS SITUATED OVER THE FLOORS OF A HOSPITAL, with ambulances parked infront of the hotel. Just when you think it couldn't go any worse, there are no shops nor proper road leading to the hotel.

Rooms are overpriced. Location is not good. I have stayed in more than 70 - 80 hotels by far, to my surprise this is the only hotel which has no kitchen facilities. I was not given a packaged drinking water. Receptionist said they provide RO water . No seal packed water. No nearby restaurants. No auto / bus stop. Behaviour of the receptionist was good. No small shops nearby that you can buy water / biscuits etc etc . Rooms are ok . I stayed for 2 days, load shedding is a common problem. AC will not run but fan and light works as they have solar inverter. You may stay, but not give it a first choice to stay. Yes but Zomato comes here for food delivery.

It is situated in Hirak road it's around 9km away from Dhanbad Railway station. There's no crowd at all. Food options are limited. Restaurant, road side stalls are around 5km away from this property. You have to take auto toto for Chai or anything else you want. Good for who want less crowd
