Super Capital O Hotel Divira Inn

The worst experience i have with this hotel. This hotel is operated by a Security guard. I am telling you guys pls don’t book the hotel otherwise you people will suffer.

The rooms are big but a lot of the necessities are either broken or not working. During my visit the lift was broken, geezer didn’t work and there was no provision for mosquitoes. And there were a lot of mosquitoes. There is also a lot of noise due to traffic until very late in the night and early in the morning.

Rooms are not clean, no amnesties only one towel was provided. Hotel is on 5th floor no backup electricity for lift. And lots of noise u will be not able to sleep as lots of noise due to outside traffic. Rooms are not properly packed.

The location is probably the only positive thing; the rooms are not cleaned. The staff are responsive and the ambience though soothing, does not make up for the inadequate maintenance and sub-par service. Though it might fit within the budget, the stay is not as comfortable as advertised. One might make it through the night just okay to make another day's journey.

The dirtiest and most unhygienic hotel I have ever checked in. Dirty, shabby, messy, filthy.

We had booked the room here online but a little before check in, a message comes to cancel the room (through the app) and we see only young boys roaming around the reception area. We had to urgently book a room elsewhere. It will be a request to all of you that instead of choosing this option, you should also go for some other better option. This hotel is situated above City Style Salt Mall of Dhanbad. The location looks like a good place from outside but the entrance goes through very dirty place. Its atmosphere is also very noisy. I would give this hotel 2 🌟out of 5 ⭐stars because of my bad experience. Thank you Like on the helpful button

The room was not cleaned properly before the arrival. There were hair strands on the floor. The walls had spit marks making it uncomfortable for us to sleep beside it. The blanket was smelling like it had been used by so many people. These were few findings which somehow killed the mood. Otherwise the accommodation, couple friendliness, rate and staff were good. We didn't have any problem staying there. Only cleanliness was the issue.
