EVERYTHING WAS GOOD IN THIS HOTEL. ONLY THING AC WAS NOT GOOD ENOUGH.

Rooms are not good, lot of sepage and poor ventilation. Staff is also very arrogant, even they don't how to talk with guest. There is no food facility in hotel. Overall not at all good with this price. With few things improvement, it can becomes good place because location is good, over the main road a head, good transportation connectivity.

Only best part about the hotel is that it is situated just beside the main road. Rooms are poorly ventilated, lift only working from 1st floor. If you are looking for a budget hotel and nearby place then only go for it. Staffs are good and helpful

I am a resident of Asansol city. I went to this hotel with my girlfriend. Check-in was very easy and fast. The cleanliness of this hotel is very good and also the behavior of their staff was very good. I stayed in this hotel for 24 hours and didn't face any problem. ❤️

Actually it is a marriage hall with rooms and therefore not geared up for services required for regular occupants. They provided simple things like water glasses after lot of reluctance. Geyser in on of the room was not working. They disconnected electricity supply to the geyser time and again in the second room causing lot of unnecessary inconvenience.

I cant give it zero stars otherwise i would have. Never go to this hotel. This is no more connected to oyo .I went to this hotel with my family the manager did not take us in and started to shout that i will kick u out my hotel. And i soon realised it was not a family type hotel it was a it was a "Badnaam" hotel . MArk my words NEVER CHOOSE THIS HOTEL

The hotel owner is the one sitting on the reception. He denied me a room despite a confirmed booking with oyo at 9:30 at night saying it's my discretion. He said I don't allow discounted bookings
