The staff is really sweet, polite and cooperative. They were very helpful and the manager was very supportive of every demand. Food was good. Really hygienic. The rooms are really clean. One must stay at cocoon while in Dhanbad, I hope such a reasonable but 5-star level service is made available in Delhi too. Thank you for a lovely experience.

Staff Behaviour mainly Rakesh were cordial and welcoming, super hygiene, timely response, tasty food. All Perfect. Keep the standard up always. I will return back soon cocoon luxury business hotel. Breakfast was having good virety . Thanks

Excellent service by, Krishna & Sunjeet ji.Nice ambience. Good food . Great hospitality on the whole . Great for impromptu birthday celebration. Staff were very warm .My kids & family like to come here often .They say this is a great restaurant in Dhanbad.

The hotel rooms are really good and staff is very courteous and helpful. |The location of the hotel is very good as it is centrally located in Dhanbad with every place at walking distance if you want to else as it is centrally located there is no dearth of transportation.||In all a great place to stay.

It was a very nice experience dining in Caramel restaurant which is in hotel Cocoon. Sunjeet ji and Krishna Saha served us with care. They suggested us very delicious dishes. Their recommendation was perfact. We enjoyed our time there. Would love to come again and would recommend others as well.
