NEW SHAAN-E-PUNJAB HOTEL

With very high expectations I booked this hotel for a party, but came out really disappointed because of the type of food, the staff behaviour , the delays and the no show from the manager despite a long wait. I was really surprised as these are the days of high customer orientation and enhancement of customer experience. The strange thing was that they accepted that they have not served what they were told and how they were told, but still didn't feel the need to regret the same.

Food quality is really great . Taste is really authentic . It has the best chicken chilli that I've ever had 😋. Also try fish finger and mushroom chilli .....I bet you'll be visiting it time again if you try these dishes ...coz I do 🫶

Food, ambience and service at the restaurant is very very good. The staff is very very polite. We got to interact with Pradeep and Bachhu, they are very polite and helpful. We got tasty and quick dinner served at 11 pm. Good job!! Must visit!!
