Hotel Bridge View

I was asked to overpay. I paid through two mediums, 800 through the UPI set on the receptionist desk and another 400 on the UPI number I was asked to pay to. Even overpaid for the meals most likely. Room: Stains. Bathroom looked used with old soaps laying on the tray. Stains on the sink as well. Flush handle was broken. Might as well was used casually by the staff and was provided to me. Water during the summer season comes boiling hot from the faucets. It's basically useless. Elevator is almost dysfunctional even though the hotel is on the fourth floor. There are no eateries around, at least none that will provide you healthy food without getting you diarrhoea. Crossing the road is a nightmare as it's a main highway. Commute is almost impossible or take the dirty route from the station.

I am having a pathetic experience with this hotel staying during September 23, hotel owner is a third grade person and he don't know how to behave with customer, even denied to given us hotel invoice as booking thru Goibibo apps, never stay in this hotel. I had also given feedback to Goibibo that how they choose this hotel for tie up with them.

The location is good but the staff is pathetic. They don't know the difference between am and pm. Highly unprofessional language and behaviour. They were fighting with me to pay additional money even though I was showing that everything was prepaid. Wouldn't recommend anyone

Prime location. Almost 1km from railway station. On the main road so don't get into any alley if Google maps tells you to. Decent rooms. Friendly staff. Some rooms have balconies which give The Bridge View. Giving it 4 stars because WiFi had no internet access during night and jio network was a bit weak there.

i booked this hotel for a night to attend a marriage function from Delhi train was 9 hours delayed.when i reached with my wife he asked me for Id.and said u have to prove this lady is your wife.i show her Adhara card but did not accept and refused to allow me.i requested to give me just ten minutes to my wife for use washroom.but did not help.i had to come out .so painful .do u think that a 50 years old person has to be treated like that.staff was so rude and aggressive.he does not want to listen anything. if u from outside,i humbly request never use this hotel.u will loose your personal relation with family.which i faced that night.if there is such law.it should be mention in term & condition too.while i spoke three times with manager about my booking.

Good hotel with reasonable price. Rooms had attached balcony. Cleanliness was okay. One of the advantages id that it's less than a couple of kilometres from the railway station. Had helpful staff too.
