Overall, the service is attentive and efficient. Rooms: The rooms are spacious, well-ventilated, and receive plenty of natural sunlight. The toilets are clean, equipped with a geyser for hot water. The overall room experience is clean, stylish, comfortable, and well-furnished. Amenities: Each room comes with air conditioning, a television, a study table, a side table, and two chairs. There are ample charging points, and the hotel features a restaurant, lift, and parking facilities. Given the reasonable pricing, the hotel offers a satisfying range of amenities. Room Service: Complimentary bath soap, toiletries, a comb, bathroom slippers, a dental kit, a shaving kit, and two half-liter water bottles are provided. However, if you need hair oil or gel, you’ll need to bring your own. Location: Conveniently located on the highway, approximately 20 km from Dhanbad, the hotel is easy to find. Meal Plan: They offered us a very reasonably priced MAP (Meal Accommodation Plan). Food: The quality, quantity, and taste of the food are excellent and worth the price. Only vegetarian food is available. We enjoyed aloo paratha and puri sabji with cold lassi for breakfast, and chapati, paneer butter masala, and rice for dinner. Meals are delivered to your room. Overall Experience: The hotel exceeds expectations at its price point, offering a two-star luxury experience. The bed and ambiance provide a cool, comfortable, and homely atmosphere. I am giving this hotel 5 star rating not for its service or location but for the kind behaviour of hotel staff. They allow me to stay extra 5 hours and not take any extra money...rooms was very good at this price and the location was fantastic...

The hotel is nice. Sadly I did not took any picture but the rooms are good. Food taste is very good. Though it's purely veg but you can bring your food from outside. The staffs are good and cooperative. I stayed for two nights. Complimentary breakfast was also good. Only thing this hotel is far away from town. So lots of traveling expenses and wastage of time.

This hotel deserves a negative rating because of the staff behavior. The reception guy doesn't know how to talk to a customer. We were surprised by his behavior. Parking facility is the only good thing here. Advice to hotel management - change tour receptionist else you are gone loose your valuable customers

Very pathetic poor service. I used to stay over here but not from now. During my last stay in this hotel air conditioner was not working properly. Bathroom flush did not work. At the morning breakfast table a hotel staff just served once to me and vanished away from there. No one even cares to offer a glass of water. Overall experience was nightmare. Just stay away from this property.

Great location, very well maintained rooms, fantastic food and hospitable staff! There is dedicated parking space available in basement for 4-wheelers. A suggestion to the owner/management is to install sufficient WiFi repeaters in the floor corridors so as to aid the customers (especially those in rooms at the end of the corridors) to actually use the service.
