The Dolphino's Resort-Best Resort in Hazaribagh

Hotel infrastructure is good but needs few repairs. The Washbasin tap(Room no.-109) was loose and needed to be tightened. Its outlet pipe was slow in removal of waste water causing clogging. The towel provided was not up to the mark. Other than these, it was neat and clean. Extra bed provided was good. The food was also good in taste. The swimming pool was good for children but not for the likes of adults. A welcome kit was also provided containing a few items like chips, kurkure, milkshake, cake, small kitkat chocolate, etc.Overall, it was a nice experience.

We had a group stay at The Dolphino's Reaort-Best Resort in Hazaribagh. Our experience at The property was very wonderful... Manager Mr. Ajay Took care of us very well.full staff took care of our requirements very well.We would love to come here again.

Very nice Service- Mr. Ashwin really great - 2 days back I visited the restaurant- felt amazing he was been very helpful in selecting the food we wanted to order and even suggested us well -we all really enjoyed our table Kudos to Mr. Ashwin will visit again

Location OK.. Pool not OK. Rooms OK Staff OK Service OK As we have to stay only 02 days so all OK. However, try it. They are developing and lots of interior work is going on in there. Pools were getting redesigned.

Food is good, no facility for drivers. Had paid for breakfast of driver, wifi was not working, room has smell. Receptionist doesnot gave any receipt of driver food payment. breakfast was limited four items and that too served at 8:30

I want to share my birthday party experience.... actually we have booked a haal for birthday celebration...but due to Rakhi festival on same day...our guests arrived 2 hours late...but somehow we managed to celebrate it by paying extra amount as said by the (Ajay) manager...but before this the behaviour and words of manager is so rude...He said ( inlog samjhta hi ni hai time ka)...We feel very bad infront of others...I want to ask the head this resort...why he said so...where is his ethics & regards...😡😡😡 I will never visit this hotel again...

Food is very tasty. Ambience is great. Overall the place is beautiful enough for small functions. The staffs are not very active. They leave the food counter vacant many times and there is no one to contact few times. I booked the hall for 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. but they booked the hall for someone else and they came at 3 p.m. requesting us to leave. We had asked for breakfast on time in the hall but they start preparing when our guests came. There was delay in service. They need to be followed up everytime for everything. In the booked hall there was used table covers and food remains from the last day. They cleaned it after I insisted on it 2-3 times. Bathrooms are not clean. It was dirty with slippers dust marks on it. They should maintain proper hygiene in common washrooms. Rooms are nice and for wedding it's a great place. Wedding food is very tasty and service and decorations are good on wedding/engagement/anniversary booking.
