Nill🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Excellent Experience! From my personal experience, Hotel AK International in Hazaribagh truly deserves a 5-star rating. Everything was absolutely perfect — from the warm hospitality to the clean and comfortable rooms. The staff was extremely polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The food was outstanding — full of flavor, fresh, and served hot. I was genuinely impressed by the quality and taste of every dish I tried. The overall environment of the hotel was peaceful and welcoming, making it a great place to relax. I highly recommend AK International to anyone visiting Hazaribagh. Excellent service, excellent food, and an overall excellent experience. Looking forward to staying here again!

NillVery bad service during dinner. Had to wait for 1 hour to just order food. And then another 1 hour to get the food. And nobody cares about a person waiting in the restaurant. Also, while asking about prices and availability of some foods with the lady who serves , they are like blank. In every question they are telling I don't know, I have to ask to manager. Another person in the restaurant got cockroach in his soup during the dinner.

NillUnethical. Ridiculous behaviour. Staff were not professional at all. This was my first visit in Hazaribagh. But this was my worst experience ever. The staff even Misbehaved with us. Name is big but not professional at all. I would recommend it's not good or safe for girls.

NillExtremely Disappointed – Avoid This Hotel Had a terrible experience at AK International Hotel. The AC didn’t work the entire night despite multiple calls to the staff — they promised to send someone but no one came. We had to suffer in the heat all night. To make things worse, there was a cockroach in the sambhar during breakfast. Totally unacceptable hygiene and hospitality. Never staying here again — highly recommend choosing a different hotel.

NillWe visited for a week back. Location properly on the main road. The hotel looks very elegant. But the service was a little poor. One light is not working in the room which is the main light source in the wardrobe including the mirror area. Television was not working properly and we got the line in the late evening. The food tasted good.. One most important thing which is very disturbing is whenever they served any food to the room, their first priority was to collect the money. Even though we ate our food. We have to pay instant ... That is the most irritating thing. Otherwise good experience

NillI recently stayed in a double occupancy room, and unfortunately, my experience fell far below expectations. Firstly, the room amenities were severely lacking. Basic necessities such as complimentary tea bags, cups, and toiletries were missing. Despite multiple requests to the front desk and room service, we were directly refused, with staff insisting that such items were not included in the room. For a room costing over ₹4,000 per night, this is highly disappointing and unacceptable. Furthermore, the towels provided were in poor condition, appearing unclean and very old. To make matters worse, there was no doormat in the bathroom, causing water to spread across the room after every use. Items that are typically standard in such establishments were either unavailable or of noticeably low quality, which added to our discomfort. The service was equally unsatisfactory. Responses to our concerns were delayed, and the staff seemed unprofessional and unhelpful, failing to resolve even basic issues. These shortcomings severely impacted the comfort and overall experience of our stay. Given the cost and the reputation of this property, I expected much higher standards. I urge the management to take this feedback seriously and implement improvements to ensure future guests receive the quality of service they deserve.

NillNow this hotel is not maintaining it’s service, though it was earlier good hotel but now it’s room service/ restaurant service is pathetic, they served food after almost more than hour, it was confirmed by hotel to be served within 15 minutes.
