Hotel O Shakti Inn

First of all the pictures of the room they provide over here are fake…. They have a semi broken room that have very bad quality beds and the attached bathroom they have is just like a aluminium cabin of 4 sq ft…. And finally the behaviour of the hotel receptionist is ridiculous. I booked here through oyo but when i reached there… they charged me extra cost for no reason…You will regret your entire day if you ever book a room here.

Very bad condition of room, bathroom.. I stayed in room number 307.. AC not working, no TV, wifi connection is poor, bed not clean... Over-all very bad experience.. Not at all worthy...

Beware of scammers. This hotel is one among them. No service. Power cut. Full money taken while booking. Horrible room decoration. It's sited inside a lane. Everything is high in cost. Before your staycation please be safe. This is an unsafe place as well. They charge you for ac rooms but 24/7 there will be power cut. Worst place to stay. Staff is not cooperative as well. There is no transparency about the owner. He tends to increase toto price to avail his commission. Switch boards even come out from the walls. In pictures they try to show something else. Below there is written 750 rs for the room in picture. There is nothing available at that price. Full fraudster case.

Room was superb, ambience was good and it costs very low. AC and 2 fans were available. Washroom was not attached but outside of the room a very beautiful facilities for wash room. A separate section was there for the purpose. Inside of the room Menu card was available for lunch, snacks or breakfast. Door locking system was very good. Cleaned Basin, Dustbin, chairs, cupboard, Small table were available beside cleaned bed / bed sheet / bed cover. Behaviour of the house keeping staff were good enough, drinking water is given 1st bottle by the staff if you need more you can take it from the barrel kept out side of the room. Lift was functioning , car parking inside the hotel was available. Just a few steps ahead food is also available outside the hotel on Dimna Road no 05, Sankosai.

We made a booking via Oyo , while reaching they showed subpar rooms. we immediately cancelled. They are saying why you don't ask for better rooms. Big time fraudsters , please avoid

We booked 2 rooms for 3 people through oyo app at Rs 959 but when we reached there, the receptionist denied the booking and told us to talk to the customer care which eventually resulted in the cancellation, then we booked it offline for a total of Rs 2100( for 2 rooms) The staff was rude and totally unprofessional. Rooms were clean but were no toileteries.

If you prepay via Oyo app, they will show a room with bean ( pillar ) in middle and make you cancel and not refund your money. Big time frauds.
