Shaurya Inn - Premium Boutique Hotel

Room I booked was the cheapest one, was OK but did not find appealing, although it's a new hotel. Few things in construction were quite visible and unpleasant, both in the room and bathroom. Good job by housekeeping team. 👍 For cleanliness. Location factor takes all the credit.

This Hotel is really a Premium Boutique. The interiors are so beautiful. The rooms are spacious which makes me more comfortable. The restaurant and Bar are well decorated and the food is delicious. Room service is very fast. This hotel is situated at the centre of Jamshedpur. Nearby areas have street food and branded shopping complexes. I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. I appreciate the entire team of Shaurya Inn Premium Boutique Hotel, Jamshedpur.

The ambience is good,place was not crowded, clean and hygiene. Ordered food particularly veg items only due to Saturday. The food taste is average one but the price is premium. The service was good but persons found in experience as they can't explain about the taste and variety of dishes as per the customers requirements. Honey chilli patato and corn salt and paper taste was below average. But garlic naan and yellow dal was only good in taste, main course item are very ordinary in taste.You can get Street parking only as per availability.Washrooms are clean hygiene.

1) Theres Parking Mess- no reserved parking and vehicle gets parked on the road and vallet will be shifting your vehicle tome to time. 2) Restaurant need to learn professionalism and discipline i) Fresh Juice are Sugar Pumped - diabetics beware. ii)Tried ordering food at 11:15PM response was - chinese chef Not available hence ordered sandwich which arrived at 12:30 after 3 followups. While enquiring for reason they said they had a party at lounge hence everyone was busy. 3)you get 2-500ml water bottle per head and they will charge you for rest- it should be atleast 2 Liters a day. 4) Tried to convey my disappointment to chef during breakfast and came to know that theres no morning chef for breakfast and fresh juice is prepared by Night chef before closing for a day prior -(coutesy- shashank Chandra kitchen head) 5)yesterday boiled eggs were over by 9:45aM in breakfast and while requesting they said it will take time and once opted for omlette - the boiled eggs replenished within 5-7 mins. 6)Coconut chutney was over by 10am in breakfast yesterday.

This review is only about the "The Food Street" restaurant at the basement of this hotel. Tasty and well done Pizzas. Masala Dosa much below average, however, chutney and sambhar were excellent. Good and courteous staff and perfect ambience for a quick bite with friends and family.

The man who was looking after the room behaved very badly. Very ill mannered and don’t understand what I was saying only keen to grab money from the customer. My client had a patient with him getting treatment at TMH. He was there to see the room. The guy ill behaved with the guest saying make the payment and don’t call me without making payment. Very irresponsible and rude. Didn’t show 1% of consideration. I would highly say no to such kind of behaviour. I decided not to give any business in future and red flag to such arrogant reception.
