Mr Leela and ms Sumitra were supportive staff in dining area, buffet spread could have been more. People at reception were also very helpful, and friendly with whatever you need. Over all enjoyed my stay here.

My stay at The Sonnet Hotel in Jamshedpur was truly enjoyable. The suite was spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-furnished, offering all the modern comforts one could ask for. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job, ensuring the suite was always in perfect order and ready to welcome me after a long day. The breakfast buffet was varied and delicious, with something for everyone, and I particularly enjoyed the bakery items—fresh, flavorful, and served with a warm smile by the friendly lady at the bakery counter. Room service was prompt and attentive, with every request being handled swiftly. The front office staff Tapas at the time of Check in and Manmeet at check out including the delayed check out, stood out for their professionalism and friendliness, making check-in and check-out effortless and always ready to assist with any queries. The doorman greeted everyone with genuine warmth and courtesy, adding a personal touch to the overall welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. All in all, The Sonnet in Jamshedpur provided a perfect blend of comfort, great service, and warm hospitality.

We stayed for a night at The Sonnet. The rooms were clean. There was no spec of dust anywhere, considering the amount of firecrackers getting burst outside. They had provided 3 bottles of water for us which was enough for the night. Bathrooms were very clean with enough items which were useful to us. We had a good sleep at night. Construction was good enough to keep the noise levels out. We had breakfast at Cinnamon. The spread was lavish, to say the least. We avoided South-Indian as we have that at home & had other veg-items. For some reason, the staff insisted on a selfie with us & offered a special item from their bakery. Overall we had a good time. Thanks to the staff & the management.

Had an amazing and wonderful experience with Sonnet in both room stay and hosting a family function. From party arrangements to room service, from food quality to staff behaviour.. everything was perfect and impressive. A special thanks to Manmeet, Ananya, Ganesh ans Kudos to the whole team. Great job !!

The restaurant has a calm ambience and the food exceeded our expectations. Nilmani was a very gracious host and we enjoyed our time there. Although the choice on drinks are limited the overall experience was satisfactory. We would recommend people to atleast visit the place once and check it out.

We stayed there for overnight.Hospitality was top notch while in the stay. I must mention about Rakesh who showed very nice gesture to us. Very tasty Food. Must try.

I stayed here for 4 nights , stay was peaceful and it's amidst the posch location with nearby access to market and restaurants. Mr Manmeet at the reception was very generous and helped us with our queries Only cons i found here is that there rooms need a little bit of renovation with ac's and some bathroom accessories.

I spent a night there. Rooms are quite spacious, clean. I didn't ask for room service, so can't comment. Breakfast at Cinnamon restaurant is good, the buffet is quite elaborate with good selection of pastries.
