Hotel Holiday Inn

Worst hotel I had ever seen in my life. Worst receptionist. Now they are stop accepting prepaid booking. Not at all recommend for family. And at any point of time they can even asked u to check out. And room quality is not even for Rs 500. Better avoid this hotel. Very poor service and totally non hygienic. Dharamshala is far better than this hotel

Pathetic quality & service. Main door was locked from outside. No response. No door bell working. No response. Knocked for more than 20 mts.But no response. Ultimately had to return back. Checked into other hotel. By the way its a common feature on OYO that while booking they show something else, and in reality pathetic experience every time now a days whilebooking from OYO

Very poor hotel. One of my family member visits here and he had faced a worst experience so Not at all recommend for family. Even road side lodge is better than this. Totally idiotic behaviour from staff and receptionist. Worst hotel. Better to go with some other option.

Maha ghatiya hotel, unprofessional staff and very unprofessional service by OYO Room oops sorry Fraud Room, because oyo room shall be renamed as fraud room, Beacuse only a fraud can tieup with fraud. They will ask you to pay extra charges by seeking many excuses and being well aware with all these nonsense and wirst reviews oyi is still having tie up with this nonsense hotel.

Worst ever hotel. Not at all recommended specially for family. Totally useless staff. Road side lodge is better than this hotel. Don't waste ur hard earned money. Even footpath is better place to stay in comparison with this hotel. My family member faced alot of harassment here.

Not so good room as uploaded at Google.. Bathroom quality also poor..no restaurant attached within it..no balcony attached.. U also can't borrow food from outside or order online at ur choice.. most disgustingly, the rooms are 3feets away from the reception table,so if U have any private talks/having good moments with ur partner, they can hear too..😅 just open the door once slightly, & they can see ur room totally..

Most disgusting hotel I have ever experienced..they deserve less than 0 star....and staff behaviour was also bad..most importantly you can see the quality of hotel from the images..no resturant and even you can't order from outside..😡😠

This ain't no hotel, the building was made as a residential place like home but now turned to hotel deliberately. The wifi, television connection was not working when I reached. Lacked hygiene and professionalism by the staffs.
