OYO Flagship Hotel Lokenath

Carry Extra Cash with you if you book online through OYO. If not I guess you will be okay! Nothing helps neither support nor pleading you will spend night on the road if you booked it through OYO.

Guys, Never book this hotel. The are allowing checking for Couples only. Receptionist there was saying, Couples are usually check-out within 3-4 hours. But Non- Couples Guest are staying for long, so they are not allowing the stay for Non Couples guests.

I have booked the room through OYO but when I reached the hotel, they didn't allow me to check-in saying the booking amount is very less, I have to pay extra 500/- per day If I already paid through Oyo then also I have to pay 500/- per day then only I can check in. Also Hotel staff's behaviour is very bad, when I said I will complain against you in OYO then he said go ahead. It was a very very bad experience and I was disappointed.

The room was good but the service was very bad. I would say that you should not pay just by booking through oyo app.These people do not accept that price before giving you the room in the hotel, they will ask for extra money from you, if you do not give it then they will ask you to look for a room somewhere else. If you want to stay then you have to pay otherwise we cannot give you the room.

I have book the room through OYO but these guys didn't allowed me to check-in saying the booking amount was below what the hotel price is. If you want to do business with you hotel price then why you listed your hotel on Oyo website if you don't accept it. It was 11:30 at night and they made me wait till 12:15 and allowed me only when I have paid what they wanted. Unprofessional behaviour

Everything is balanced, rooms are bit smaller but manageable, there are power cuts sometimes. Hotel is at top floor, need to go using stairs. Staff behaviour is good, couple friendly. All this things seems to be fair enough at pricing at which they provide the rooms. Hardly 500. Oyo provides in a range between 400-500 per day. So no regret.

If you book from Oyo app, you will get the room in 1000 bucks but you have to pay at least 1200 if you book directly at the hotel. Hotel staff is polite but rooms aren't sound proof, so you don't get any privacy there whatsoever. Room size is ok but not charming enough to create good vibes. Definitely not worth 1200. Oyo going to the dogs.

I was charged ₹ 500 extra for my alternate accommodation. The hotel which I booked denied me check-in, and the hotel where I actually stayed charged me ₹500 extra. I had spoken to OYO Help as well, they tried providing me another hotel but none of the hotels obliged at the booked price. And since I checked-in late, I had to oblige by their demands. Luckily, I checked-in at 8 PM, imagine this nuisance late night. This is so pathetic. If this is how you treat customers, then we'll have to look towards other similar platforms.
