The hotel owner didn't open the door, and oyo team already told me that you have to pay 25% online i pay, but once I reach hotel they don't open the door, i call atleast 50 times to oyo customer care, but they didn't help and even they don't refund my money, it's a scam for collecting money l.

very bad behaviour and service of hotel staff and all people are made this hotel like bar. not safe for the couples. rooms are not good...

Hotel is on Tata-Kandra Road, Adityapur. Reception is on Ground floor of this building in which 1st and 2nd floor are rooms.Lift is unavailable, u need to walk ur way through the stairs. Staffs are friendly. Basic amenities TV, AC,chair,table available, nothing else. No geyser. Room are like very basic, just to sleep basically. Swiggy, Zomato available. Many restaurants are within walking distance.This place is just beside the road so u can easily find auto here.Power backup is all time ready, that's the best point but AC is in not in service during power cuts. Food menu is provided. I would suggest to use online food delivery app and for tea ask the hotel staff or go outside.

Date - 19/08/2023 Experience - Loved 😍 I booked a room in this hotel via OYO for Rs 791 for two adults. When I reached here they were ready to give me room for the same amount as in OYO. But i told them that we're 3 adults then he charged me only 200 extra then gave me a room to stay for three adults for Rs 1000. The room is big and clean, washroom is very good. I loved the shower 🤩. The wifi is working properly and AC is working wonderful.
