We booked around 10 rooms here in October 2023. Rooms were neat and clean. Some issues were there for qty of Taa bags issued in the room. The check in was fast and the staff was helpful. The breakfast was above expectation and has good variety and has good taste. The location is on the main road and just opposite The Bizton Hotel. Overall good experience.

I had ordered food from their restaurant and there was a lot of oil (as you can see in the pic) and the quality of food was very bad. Even after draining the oil, I could see oil everywhere in the food. I had to ultimately throw the complete food.

Pathetic service, they are liars, if you're booking then record it and take everything in writing, the cost of the room once you check in is even more than 4 star hotels. The room size is very small....and food quality is also below par. The manager said the tarrif of each room was 3200 after tax but while checking out we were charged approximately 7000 per room/night. We had booked 10 rooms and the breakfast which was supposed to be complimentary was finished in just 5-6 guests.

Jai Bhole nath Real charm of this place is the service. Hospitality sector is known for its services but here you get some thing more. Enjoy your trip ☺️

Food & service was very poor. restaurant was very stinky and tacky. It was a worst and terrible experience for me and I don't want to recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nice hotel to stay. Highly hygiene and super interior. Located at prime location. Very near to auto stand and transportation facilities are near by. Excellent place for families and bachelors. Separate lounge available for 30 to 40 people for any kind of celebration.
