OYO Flagship Prakash Inn

My recent stay at OYO flagship Prakash Inn in Jamshedpur was nothing short of a nightmare, marred by poor service and unacceptable conditions. Despite the seemingly reasonable price of 700 for a one-night stay, the experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, I was informed by the receptionist that I would need to wait 15-20 minutes for my room to be available, despite having already paid online. After waiting for over an hour, I was finally given a room that was shockingly dirty.

Worst booking experience. I had booked my room through booking.com, upon reaching there and requesting for check-in, person at reception told me to wait for 15-20 minutes in an unprofessional way. When I get there after 15 minutes, he told me that they don't consider online bookings and no more rooms available. I had seen he had given rooms some customers even after reaching me at the hotel and told me no rooms are available. Behavior was very unprofessional and rude. Overall a worst exp with the hotel.

Rude behavior of staff. Hotel fees were illegal. On oyo app it was showing Rs.623 but when we went there. The receptionist asked me to pay Rs.1500 for one night stay.

After waiting for over an hour, I was finally given a room that was shockingly dirty. The bedsheet was stained, the walls were grimy, and the washroom emitted a foul odor. When I requested a different room, I was met with resistance from the hotel manager, who rudely informed me that no other rooms were available and refused to refund my payment. Despite my pleas, the manager remained obstinate and even resorted to abusive language, displaying a complete lack of professionalism and respect for guests. In the end, I chose not to stay at the hotel due to the unacceptable conditions and the appalling behavior of the staff. Despite my requests for a refund or a cancellation fee, the manager refused to cooperate, leaving me with no choice but to seek accommodation elsewhere. I strongly advise against staying at OYO flagship Prakash Inn in Jamshedpur. The lack of cleanliness and the disrespectful behavior of the staff make it an unpleasant and unacceptable choice for lodging. Potential guests should beware and seek alternative accommodations to avoid a similarly disappointing experience.

Worst ever experience over here. The men at the reception desk are fully money oriented. When you book through OYO they show you a classic room with basic amenities such as a T.V and an A.C, but when you reach over there they show you different room which when you would see it you wouldn't even want to enter. Coming to the room which they showed when we reached over there, it was very untidy not even having proper beds and the walls weren't even painted well, mosquitoes all over the room as well as the bathroom. Now coming to the money part, when you book through OYO it shows a different amount and they show you a classic room with A.C and T.V but when you reach over there they show different room which is very untidy if you would deny for the stay they would insist you to have a look on there other room and would charge double the amount showed on OYO.

It's located near mango petrol pump. Very prime location. They also have restro service.

Location is near mango Chowk. Rooms are around 700 price withAC good and comfortable room. Nice housekeeping staff. Very good and comfortable room for living. Around 500 mtr from mango bus stand. Single rooms are available for living

It's not a hotel it's a chakla I thing all people know the meaning of chakla ..and the person in the reception desk he his Dalal of the types chakla ....my humble request don't go there waste ur money ur time ....
