Worst hotel I have ever visited. They charge 3 Star hotel price but not even give service of 1 Star. Very small room with small bathroom. No proper basin no mirror near basin. Geyser switch is placed outside it means when go for you need to come out of room and ask some one to switch on the Geyser. No water filter in hotel. When you ask for water they will give tap water but they tell you that they are giving RO water and when you ask to show water filter they will dog is there near filter so they can't let you go there. Near by "The Altira" hotel is there for the same price that is far better than this. These people are making money of visitors helpless. Poor hotel. Worst service and high price

They get the rooms booked for 23 hrs and on reaching there the staff bluntly asks at what time are we going to leave. They do not have sufficient rooms but still take the booking considering there will be people who will not show up or be there for a few hours. Terrible ambience. I had booked for a friend and him and his friends had to feel so embarrassed. Moreover they reached there at 2 and were asked to leave at 5 or book somewhere else. whereas the booking was for entire day. Why should I have to cancel the booking when it's their fault. People search for the location and reach there just to be treated like this by the staff

We booked hotel for wedding ,6 rooms and 2 halls ,basically full hotel,in Dec 2021. The hotel guy took responsibility of serving food as well ,giving us confidence about food taste and quantity . but on the the day of wedding we faced horrible food and service . Point 1 ) bedsheets were dirty, ,Point 2 )Curtain were not cleaned , Point 3 ) Food taste were bad,Point 4) When guests came around 9 Pm they stopped serving starters saying starter time is till 9 PM, Point 5) All the serving staff were no wearing any kind of Uniform point 6) all the serving staff were not clean, point 7) Kitchen was in untidy mode ,dirty Point 8) Drinking water were not served . so please do not book the hotel for events, service is really bad ,they need to improve in all aspects. only booking room is ok

If you are serching a hotel near by of telco Gurudwara it is the single solution for your requirements they have rooms with an AC facilities staff are good lustner and they will help you in services what they provide .
