Hotel Ganga Regency

A family room for 3 adults and a child has only 2 separate small beds which is not at all sufficient for a family. Also if there is any guest appearance even for a second they charge 1000 rupees extra for the visit. Service is also very slow, I regret booking here for my family.

I am Rajat Bhattachya, a regular customer of Ganga Regency, and I am writing to express my disappointment with the experience I had during my better half's birthday celebration at your hotel. I was deeply dissatisfied with the behavior and service provided by your staff, which was far below the standards I have come to expect from your establishment. Specifically: 1. The air conditioning was not maintained properly, affecting the comfort of the environment. 2. There was a lack of response when I inquired about drinks, which is unacceptable for a hospitality service. 3. The food served was subpar, and it seemed that only specific individuals were receiving proper service, which made me feel targeted and humiliated. One of the managers, Mr. Supriyo, along with his team, did not respect my concerns or views ( HOTEL STAFF COMMENTS : आप लॉग अगर नहीं आएंगे तो हम लोगों को कोई फर्क नहीं पड़ेगा" आप लॉग अगर डेजर्ट कैंसिल कर रहे हों तो कोई फर्क नहीं पड़ेगा” ) which added to the frustration of the situation. This was the second time & with same person I have encountered such issues at your hotel, and it is disheartening to face such treatment, especially as I am a loyal customer. It is very painful to experience such poor service during a special occasion, and I can no longer recommend your hotel to anyone based on these repeated negative experiences. food quality is very poor , they served foul non-veg dishes also.

I HAVE ORDERED VEGETABLES RICE WITH 1 KADAI PANEER AND 1 PANEER BUTTER MASALA , THE FOOD EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE AND THE RICE WAS COOKED EARLIER AND HAD FOUL SMELL, THE PANEER BUTTER MASLA WAS ALSO VERY BAD IT FEELS LIKE SOMEHOW THEY HAVE MANAGED TO THICK THE GRAVY AND ADDED PANEER TO IT AND ADDED SOME TANGY FLAVOR ON TOP OF IT, COMPLETELY DISGUSTING...

Plz look into your bill as they are charging service charge which is optional but they don't refund your service charge..we are paying enough price and GST but they are charging service charge which should not be paid

The price of rooms are not high...but overall experience was good

The overall experience was good. Service can be improved further. Mocktails were fantastic. The rest of the North Indian chicken dishes were a bit spicy. The hotel ambience is good and has sufficient space for parking.
