NillRoom was clean and spacious. All amenties mentioned while booking were available. place is hygenic. Location is very good. It is situated in the middle of the city so markets, bus stand , railway station, shopping malls e.t.c are easily accessible from this hotel and near to this hotel's location. Staff behaviour was very good and service was also very good. I did not take any meal here so I will not give any reviews about the food quality here. Will recommend this hotel to all the visitors and travellers.

NillPlease never ever go this place. They don't just bother even show gratitude. We have booked the hotel for 2 days through OYO and paid the whole amount. After tiredsome journey when you reached at the hotel they denied checkin just because we have paid online already. They will only allow when if you pay at the hotel. They dont even bother to call the customet before they reach. When some customers are reaching they are not even humble or offered a glass of water. They just told to talk to OYO customer care, which was another nightmare. I suggest please never ever go to this hotel. Even I was shocked when I came to know from one of the staff from the same hotel who saw the whole situation and told that they only interested in doing business at hourly basis. If you are clever enough then you must know what I am saying. It was a hotrified service and bad experience.

NillThey promised wifi connection but even after a lot of complaints no wifi was provided. Staff is rude. The phone connection inside the room was cut off so that we cannot call them to ask for any service. Unhygienic rooms and washrooms. Tv was also not working. Overall very bad experience. Basically no electronic equipment was in working conditions. That too after charging the full amount. No water bottle was given no tea packets. Floor was not clean. Next day half an hour before checkouttime, the staff knocked and literally asked us to get out immediately. He liedbthat other guests are waiting even though half the hotel rooms were emtpy. Uncooperative and rude staff please don't go here you will regret a lot.

HIMALAYAN DESTINATION
NillRating this hotel very specifically - 1. Location is good and easy to find. 2. Don't have restaurant. They bring the food from outside even it is complementary. 3. Rooms are cosy and specially toilet ventilation is not good. Bad smell are not ventilated properly even after so long time. 4. Towel not provided after asking many times.

Nill- Location is near to Sachi chowk. Very convenient to reach - Very rude staff. Full of attitude. - In the name of hospitality business they humiliates customers. - No request will get entertain and straight away staff will say you can go out. Preciously the words are "you are wasting time by arguing", "cannot take request because no staff available", "you go out and take other hotels", "you have not paid me". - Only idli and dosa is the option for breakfast, no tea no coffee. - No in house kitchen. They will not arrange other items even asking for paid service. - Very late in serving the breakfast. Even Zomato delivered before they serve and that too with multiple followup - Dirty blankets and smelling pillow... They claim it is laundry wash but actually it is not. Pictures attached. - Smelling bathroom. - Very quick in getting customer checkout... They will call you and remind you that 11 AM is checkout time.

NillI would like to give them 1 star. If any other low number I can give then as their service , I would like to ho with that. They took higer price price compare to the price on my app (approx 500 more), and the next morning when I ask for my breakfast At 8 Am they where saying I need to to transfer this call to to this that .. and doing like this they pass more than two hours ... After that they start saying breakfast time is over.. The most important thing , when I asked to her to let me talk to your manager she said he will come 2pm . And she said don't arrugemnt with me and she hang up the call. Like this

NillWorst hotel. When I reached there after making my booking from OYO, they denied check-in just because I made the payment online. They point blank lied to Oyo customer care that due to photo ID mismatch they cannot allow me to check-in, and they didn't even ask for my ID card. They said you can book at a higher price but because of the offer I used on OYO app, I got the same room at a lesser price they didn't allow me to stay. I have never seen such worst service and behaviour of any other hotel.
