Hotel Holideiinn

Hotel is good. A big but is that I paid for breakfast, my train ticket was confirmed on 8 pm chart preparation, for which I left hotel in morning around 6 am, but they refused to refund my breakfast hard-earned money. I requested to adjust my amount with dinner bill but they refused to do that. This is really a low-standard service.👎👎😠

I had an amazing stay in hotel holideiinn, the hotel exceeded my expectations by upgrade my room, which was a lovely surprise, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the was comfortable and clean, I am thoroughly impressed with hotel holideiinn Hospitality. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a seamless and enjoyable travel experience. 5 star and a big thumbs up from me.

Since I'm visiting Jamshedpur, I always prefer to stay at this property and some of their employees behaviour. Budget hotel with minimal amenities. But the location and offered rates are quite pocket friendly for business travellers. They have plenty of opportunities to grow.

The stay was not nice. The sad part is the housekeeping and restaurant people are ignorant and rude. The WiFi was working but at a very slow pace. Room was not good either and sheets were dirty, toilet was below par. Location is decent but they need a lot of improvements.
