Overall experience was very good. Appreciate support from Mr Sanjeet and Vikram. Special thanks to Deepak - house keeping staff. Recommend restaurant timing to more wide like start from 6am and provide pack options. May try to keep more varieties in rests.

Rumana Madam service was excellent |Vikram Sir was polite and humble. They both were always available on my request. They arranged the room especially in the weeding season when it was not available. Thankful to them , they made my trip joyful and easy

The hotel is good, but what we booked from the application and the room we got is totally different, room charges are high according to the room. This hotel belongs to a 3 star hotel but the toiletries and dental kit along with the room slippers are chargeable, which you can get these things in 1 or 2 star hotels. Location is good, staff people are good but accommodation along with the charges are not considerable. Before booking please clear all these things to the hotel first.

Good hotel for an overnight stay. Rooms are clean and descent, but for the space. Proper upkeep of the bed and linen is desired; we had to call the room service to change the linen. Food is good, so also the location, parking space and the professionalism of the staff. All in all, Ginger Tatanagar offers a hassle free pleasant stay.

The room is very good.location of the hotel and food is very good but only demerit is service quality, Today I demanded through call 2 times for water of my room number 214 but no one came. Sorry to say you are running a reputed hotel but forget to deliver basic services.

Overall very good experience Specifically Satyajit and other reception staff. Dining side Sushant very courteous and others also nice staff. My stay very pleasant every corner of the premise and those looking after very appreciative. My first priority will be Ginger whenever I will be in Jamshedpur.

The hotel did not pay much attention to the towels, and I felt they were not very clean. I should have raised this issue with the management, but I didn't. Moreover, the breakfast options were quite limited, and the receptionist was not very responsive to our needs. For the high cost of the rooms, it was disappointing that they charged extra for full-scale Wi-Fi instead of offering it for free. Additionally, the hotel seemed to lack proper room service and showed little concern for whether guests had everything they needed for a comfortable stay.
