GRAND SURYA BY HOTEL SURYA

Staffs are very good. But the infrastructure itself is pathetic. Lifts are almost non-functional. Door locks made me wait outside my room for almost 10 mins. Room services are slower than perhaps the snail speed.

I have never experienced a worse hotel than this in my life till now,The location of the hotel and the overall rooms were fine but they took money in the name of banquet and hotel decoration but no one had done any work of decoration or even the ouside lightings , and also the manager of this hotel not so well behaved,..... And in the end he was not in the mood for the deal - like he did not keep the kitchen ready even on the day of the last function... Overall hotel ratings according to their charges is almost ⭐⭐

We tried here stuffed kulcha and paneer kolhapuri... Food was great... It was great experience enjoying here with friends😀😀
