OYO Hotel Sudama

Nice hotel with best location But the service is not the best in class. Delayed in order delivery and food quality is not so good . You can only consider average food only. Cleanliness is good there is no issue regarding cleaning. Rooms are large in size

Believe everything you read about this charming Hotel. We so enjoyed our stay there and I hope to return. The location is perfect, our suite (they upgraded us) was lovely and we had a terrace! WOW. The staff is wonderfuly patient and helpful

Worst OYO experience we ever had. We had one AC and one non AC room. But a manegement staff namely Roshan deliberately switched off the AC from outside. On asking, he said it's due to power cut. But we went to nearby stores and asked if there is power cut issue, from all the shop, answer was negative. After our two day/night stay, At checkout time we wanted 30 minutes extra due to our train delay. And we for the same we offered 30% extra money. But this particular staff Roshan is very rude and adamant. He just Refused, so he can arrange a couple without registering their name for certain reason.

This hotel is one of the greatest hotels Jhumri Telaiya. Me and my colleagues have stayed there a few days ago again and the service that was already excellent. The staff is just perfect, giving a more than a perfect service. The rooms are exquisite . There is just nothing bad to say about the hotel. Just go there and see for yourself

Lacality & transportation is good but facilities is not even average. Water leakage on that room. Room didn't have proper lock. Not any towel & handwash.. Need to focus on their functionalities.

The facilities were not at all good first room which they gave me didn't have any lock and ac was not working...they told me to wait in that room for 10 mins so that they can clean another room...which had lock and ac was working but tv was not working I asked them to fix but they didn't... And the bathroom was so dirty that I adjusted in that room 😑 extremely bad experience...please avoid this hotel.

Horrible Experience !! Once you pay and then, Forget about ROOM SERVICE Forget about CLEANLINESS & HYGIENE Even Forget about RECEPTIONIST, you are not going to see him again No proper Door Locking Lift not working properly Water dropping from AC Noise throughout the time "MUST THINK BEFORE GOING"

This Oyo is 1000 Rupee Sulabh Shauchalaya.Bad service and no response on complain. Go there at your own risk, as most people here are drunk. I was so upset that I looked how they got so many 5 star review which fooled me. Noticed that Oyo is writing self fake review as same people give 5 star to all Oyo hotels in multiple cities on same day. Its Fooling customers like us. I am sure now OYO is faking review in its own website which no one can verify.
