Hotel Galaxy Inn

This hotel food service is poor, the attitude of the staff is poor. The sheets on the bed and pillow cases are not cleaned. The only reason to go here is to use the toilet and then leave. Overall the staff and just there to sleep on the benches and work according to their times. Avoid this hole in the wall.

Hotel itself is located in most convenient position nearby at Railway Station & in the heart of the town. Rooms are affordable & well-maintained, cleaned on daily basis. Service is good & the behaviour of staffs are friendly & responsive. Food quality in the restaurant needs to be improved to match with the quality & ambience of the hotel.

Everything is serene but the food here is unexpectedly worst and had no taste,cause last week we celebrated a birthday party there and had some good cuisine,surprisingly the serving was good and the amount of decorative look and feel was good with the food and surroundings but as soon as we started having the food served to us,the food was not upto the mark of what they charged for it..cause we had biriyani and the Rice of biriyani was not cooked well,the raita was too thick..handi mutton had no taste rotis had so rubbery feel while chewing or can say while tearing it..and what not to say about the cons..but same pros was also noticeable that time and i.e the location is good,cleanliness was top notch,silence place and it's too much needed after a long working weekend and lastly the staffs and servers were so soo good from every senses..
