Hotel Prabhat Vihar

It's one of the Sunrise View Points and the rooms in the new building offer beautiful view from the balcony itself. However, the staff members were less in number but were well mannered and respectful. Overall I had a great experience. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was really tasty.

Location excellent. Rooms are big with all modern amenities. But intercom didn't work in room no 104. Fan regulators are not working in room no 106 and 108. Reception area is also quite large. Front office staff are very cooperative and friendly but I think the accommodation is understaffed. So got evening or morning tea after half an hour after ordering. Evening snacks ( veg pakora) and complementary breakfast was not upto the mark. Stayed there on 12/10/24.

All of you who are planning to visit Netarhat and are trying to book rooms in Prabhat Vihar please note that the hotel is in a really shabby condition. We stayed for a night in the old building and noted that maintenance is absolutely zero. Can't comment about rooms in the new building but the staff said even the tents are in a dilapidated condition. Plan your trip accordingly.

Excellent... Must stay.... Especially tent house...what a service... Foods also delicious... Property is huge .. Well decorated and maintained... All staffs are prompt... Most comfortable stay at netarhat... Luxurious stay also... Enjoy the nature ..

This is a government hotel and is exactly what you would expect from any government facility. It is pathetic every sense. Dirty rooms, ill mannered staff and extremely slow service. Most importantly this hotel is severely understaffed. In reality, Netarhat is still an underdeveloped tourist destination and not equipped to handle high number of tourists. But thanks to social media and numbskull influencers who overhype such places as “hidden gems”, slyly not mentioning the downsides of such tourist destinations.

Very big rooms , nice bathrooms, view from balcony is excellent. The sunrise point is right inside the hotel complex. The park is also a very enjoyable place.

We were staying in the Old Building of Prabhat Vihar. Location was beautiful , as it's the point for the sunrise view , bathrooms are okay and clean with all facilities required in washroom but the food was not of good quality as some of our members and me got sick because of the food quality .Other than that the hotel is more or less okay

Rooms in old building are not worthy of staying, opt for rooms in the new building, wonderful location, guest fiendly staff, there is option for jim workout, park for children, ample free parking, cooked food available, food quality is good at reasonable prices.
