Hotel Prabhat Vihar

i had one night stay in (sunrise) 4 bedded room in this property. The location is beautiful with greenery all around. The rooms are huge with all sorts of amenities. The staff very polite and helpful. Food tastes good.Lot of space to walk around. There is children park and outdoor gym as well. The balcony opens to soothing view. i have 2 suggestion:- 1)Please arrange for 1 more washroom in 4bedded room as it is difficult to manage 2) The check out process is bit slow and we had to wait for sometime. Kindly see to it I would highly recommend staying this property to everyone

The Hotel area is absolutely beautiful. Well maintained garden, a great view point. Food quantity and quality both are great. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Entire Hotel area, including the rooms is well maintained and clean. Staff Service is quite hospitable and swift. I was really satisfied with my stay here.

The rooms are very old. Needs renovation. Door keys 🗝️ not insert properly. Cupboards are broken. Bathroom fittings are broken and they repair it by pasting black tapes. Food quality is average. The air conditioner is not working properly. The TV remote is broken. Jharkhand tourism looks after the matter and needs renovation work done by peak season starts...

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family, and I must say it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. The quality of service was abysmal, and the lack of professionalism was evident from the moment we checked in. First of all, the staffing issue was glaring. There were very few staff members available, and those who were present seemed untrained and unresponsive. It was difficult to get any assistance, and basic requests were either delayed or ignored. The family suite, which is outrageously priced at ₹5000 per night, was in a deplorable condition. The room had serious seepage issues, with damp and discolored walls. The paint was chipped off, giving the place an unkempt and neglected look. The cabinets were in a terrible state, barely functional and falling apart. For the amount charged, we expected at least basic cleanliness and maintenance, but this hotel failed on every front. It’s shocking how they justify their prices with such poor service and facilities. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Save your money and look for better options—this place is a complete disaster.

Very nice location and the only point for sunrise as the whole Netarhat comes to this point. Food is very limited when it comes to complimentary breakfast though very tasty. Service is very slow. Kitchen will 90% of the time won't take the call. Although the manager is a real gentleman. Very helpful. Best hotel to stay in Netarhat. I stayed with my wife and my 4yr old daughter in the new Building i.e Prabhat Vihar Deluxe building.

I had a terrible experience with this hotel. The booking process was a mess, and the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. They were not helpful at all and showed zero concern for guest comfort. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Definitely not worth the money or time.

Stay was good. Rooms and bathroom were clean with good quality of bed and towel. Staff behavior lack hospitality. you can see scrap items laying in corners of the hotel. Food was bad . Don't expect fruit, juice or even tea in complimentary breakfast .

This property deteriorates due to poor management. Otherwise, this is an amazing hotel to stay. But the restaurant is so badly managed, and the foul smell is making it irritating.
