NillHad a wonderful experience at Mountail! The location is scenic and peaceful, perfect for a quick getaway or hangout with friends. The ambiance is thoughtfully designed with great spots for photos and reels. Food was tasty, especially the snacks and coffee. Staff was polite and service was fairly quick. A little more attention to cleanliness and seating comfort would make it perfect. Also, a few more options on the menu would be great. Overall, a lovely place to relax and unwind in nature’s lap. Definitely worth a visit if you're looking for a chill vibe in the hills! 🌿✨

NillOne of the best resorts in Netarhat. The service is top notch. The rooms were very spacious. Although the bathrooms were a bit small. The view from the balcony was quite pleasant. The only thing that they need to upgrade is the food quality and it's taste. Other than this, undoubtedly it is the best resort in Netarhat.

NillA Hidden Paradise in the Heart of Jharkhand – An Experience Worth Every Star! As a Level 6 Google Local Guide and someone who’s reviewed countless resorts across India, I rarely come across a place that balances comfort, nature, and authenticity so perfectly. Mountail Eco Resort in Netarhat is a gem tucked away in the pine-laced hills of Chotanagpur—and here’s why it deserves a solid 5-star rating across every category: Accommodation & Comfort – 5/5 The resort offers charming wooden cottages and clean rooms that exude warmth and character. I stayed in a premium cottage—tastefully built, with polished wooden interiors, clean linen, a functional AC, and a private balcony opening into serene forest views. It was the perfect escape from the city’s chaos! Food & Dining – 5/5 The in-house restaurant blew me away. I expected basic fare, but what I got was homestyle regional delicacies full of flavor and love—served hot and generously. Everything from the local chicken curry to their Complimentary Moring Breakfast tasted authentic. Prices were surprisingly reasonable, and the staff were happy to customize meals on request. Location & Ambience – 5/5 Tucked right next to the forest guest house road, the resort offers jaw-dropping access to Magnolia Point (sunset) and Koyal View Point (sunrise)—each just minutes away. The property itself is lined with pine trees, birdsong, and occasional fog rolling in—like a scene from a movie. It is peaceful, rejuvenating, and wildly photogenic. Service & Hospitality – 5/5 The staff here are genuinely some of the warmest I’ve encountered. From a smooth check-in to constant support with local sightseeing tips, bonfire arrangements, and even helping us, they went above and beyond. A big shoutout to Anil from the front desk—an absolute hospitality pro. Experiences & Eco-Trail Access – 5/5 Being in Netarhat is already a nature-lover’s dream, but Mountail is perfectly positioned for guided eco-trails, forest treks, and village visits. I could visit Oraon tribal homes and even witness a local artisan at work. Ask in advance, and the resort can help you arrange immersive experiences. Value for Money – 5/5 With rates starting around ₹3000–₹4000, you get incredible value—luxury blended with authenticity, great food, and an unmatched location. Tip: Book directly via phone or website for the best deals! Final Verdict: Whether you're a nature lover, a honeymooning couple, a solo explorer, or a photography enthusiast—Mountail Eco Resort isn’t just a place to stay, it’s part of the destination itself. Jharkhand’s best-kept secret is finally stepping into the spotlight—and you need to see it before the crowds do.

NillThe owner of the hotel has tried to make it luxurious and has succeeded too. But the staff is very rude, especially Rohit and Anil. Today during breakfast when I asked Rohit for Idli, he told me to go and get it myselfWhen I complained to Anil, he did not give any reply. Mr. Kujur is an experienced manager. Room service not satisfactory I am staying in this hotel since yesterday. All the facilities are very good but there is no food menu in any room. There is no numbers of intercom it cannot be used. There is no wifi password in any room. rest is correct as per the location
